Hosting and server logs

This website runs on a virtual server hosted with IONOS SE. When you visit, the server processes your IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, amount of data transferred and information sent by your browser, such as the browser identifier and, where provided, the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the website, investigate faults and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable website operation. Regular web server logs are rotated weekly, with four archive generations retained. Regular retention is therefore up to approximately five weeks. Email contact

When you email us, we process your email address, any contact details you provide, your message and any attachments to handle your enquiry. We use Zoho Mail with EU service endpoints for our mailbox. Data necessary for delivery, storage and processing is transmitted to the email service provider. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries, based on our interest in handling incoming communications. Enquiries are deleted once no longer needed for their purpose, subject to statutory retention duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Videos and external platforms

The website uses locally stored video thumbnails and links to YouTube and other social media platforms. No embedded video player is loaded. The respective platform is accessed only when you open an external link. Processing on that platform is governed by its provider’s privacy information.

Cookies, analytics and browser functions

This public website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, loads no external fonts and uses no analytics tools. Its code does not store visitor data in the browser. If you use the copy-email button, only the displayed address is written to your clipboard after your click. This website does not perform automated decision-making, including profiling.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
